Terms & Conditions

By joining C+C Connect, members agree to the following terms and conditions.

VENDOR MEMBERSHIP

Vendor membership is offered at $20 per month. Vendors who elect to prepay for an annual membership receive a 10% discount.

Membership provides access to the benefits available through C+C Connect during the active membership period. Specific opportunities, events, features and benefits may vary based on availability.

BILLING & AUTO RENEWAL

Vendor memberships automatically renew according to the selected billing cycle unless canceled in accordance with the cancellation policy below.

CANCELLATION

Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 30 days before the next billing cycle to avoid the next scheduled charge.

REFUNDS

Membership payments are generally nonrefundable. Refunds or account credits may be considered at the discretion of C+C Connect based on individual circumstances.

EVENT DISCOUNTS

Vendor Members may receive discounted participation rates for select C+C events where vendors pay to showcase their businesses. Discounts, availability and eligibility may vary by event and are not guaranteed for every C+C event.

MARKETING & FEATURE OPPORTUNITIES

Vendor spotlights, social media features, newsletter features and other promotional opportunities are subject to availability, scheduling and C+C Connect editorial discretion.

Membership does not guarantee a specific number of impressions, leads, customers, sales or business results.

QUARTERLY BUSINESS WORKSHOPS

Vendor Members will have access to Quarterly Business Workshops designed to provide practical education, insights and resources to help small businesses grow and thrive.

Workshop topics, presenters, format and schedules may vary based on availability and the needs of the C+C Connect business community.

MARKETING STRATEGY CONSULTATION

Eligible Vendor Members receive one 30 minute Marketing Strategy Consultation with a marketing expert as part of their membership benefits.

BUSINESS CENTER

Vendor Members will have access to available C+C Connect Business Center resources designed to provide information, tools and other resources that may support their businesses.

Available resources may evolve as the community grows.

VENDOR DIRECTORY

Vendor Members are responsible for providing accurate and current information for their directory listing.

If your business or contact information changes, email the updated information to [email protected].

C+C Connect is not responsible for inaccurate or outdated directory information when updated information has not been provided by the member.

CONSUMER MEMBERSHIP

Consumer membership is currently offered at no cost. C+C Connect reserves the right to modify available benefits, features or membership structures in the future.

COMMUNITY OFFERS

Deals, discounts and promotions offered by participating vendors are provided directly by those businesses. C+C Connect does not guarantee the availability, quality or fulfillment of individual vendor offers.

MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS

C+C Connect may add, modify or discontinue individual membership features or benefits as the community evolves.

Continued participation in C+C Connect constitutes acceptance of the current Terms & Conditions.
